Pilgrim Membership – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 16th January 2026

These Pilgrim Membership Terms & Conditions (“Pilgrim Terms”) govern the subscription, access, and use of the Pilgrim Tier membership within the EXP.JOURNEYS network operated by EXP. and its affiliates (“EXP.”, “we”, “us”).

By subscribing to or using Pilgrim Tier benefits, members agree to these Pilgrim Terms in addition to EXP.’s general Terms & Conditions, the XP Membership Points Terms & Conditions (“XP Terms”), and the Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Membership

The Pilgrim Membership is a paid, non-proprietary subscription tier. It grants a revocable, limited right to access specific discounts for stays, rides , and PLAAAY games within the EXP.JOURNEYS network.

  1. Membership does not constitute an interest in property, a security, or a guaranteed right to any specific service.
  2. Benefits are subject to availability and the specific House Rules of individual locations or service providers.

2. Fees and Subscription

  1. Annual Fee: The Pilgrim Membership requires a non-refundable annual payment of HKD 3600 (or currency in an amount of equivalent value at the time of exchange) (the “Membership Fee”).
  2. Billing and Auto-Renewal: The Membership Fee is billed annually in advance. Subscriptions will automatically renew on the anniversary of the Effective Date unless cancelled in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. Cancellation of Subscription: To prevent automatic renewal, members must provide notice of cancellation before the anniversary of the Effective Date.
  4. No Refunds: All Membership Fees are final. No partial or full refunds will be issued upon voluntary cancellation or termination of membership.

3. Pilgrim Tier Benefits

Subject to these Pilgrim Terms, members are eligible for:

  1. Premium Network Discount: A 10**% discount** on the base rate of eligible bookings and experiences within the EXP.JOURNEYS network.
  2. Advanced Priority Access: Priority windows for booking designated Stays.
  3. Investment Opportunity Access: Privileged access to receive information regarding and participate in investment opportunities brought by EXP., subject to separate eligibility criteria, jurisdictional regulations, and definitive agreements.
  4. Joining Bonus: First time Pilgrim members will receive a one-time gift of 500 XPs. This gift may only be received once per account.

4. Booking Flexibility

5. Modification of Terms and Benefits

EXP. reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to:

  1. Modify Membership Fees, discount rates, or XP issuance rates.
  2. Change, suspend, or withdraw any benefit or feature of the Pilgrim Tier.
  3. Update these Pilgrim Terms with reasonable notice to members. Continued use of the membership after such modifications take effect constitutes binding acceptance of the revised Terms.

6. Termination and Forfeiture

  1. Account Integrity: EXP. may terminate a Pilgrim Membership immediately if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a member has engaged in fraud, misuse of premium discounts, or manipulation of the XP compensation system.
  2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination or expiration of the Pilgrim Tier, all tier-specific benefits shall immediately cease.
  3. XP Forfeiture: Forfeiture of accumulated XP upon termination is governed by Section 5 of the XP Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXP. shall not be liable for:

  1. Any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from the unavailability of any Base, Ride, or Mission.
  2. The expiration or removal of XP compensation issued following a cancellation.
  3. Any errors in the display or calculation of member discounts.EXP.’s total liability for any claim related to the Pilgrim Membership shall not exceed the amount of the most recent Annual Fee paid by the member.
  4. Any financial loss, damage, or legal consequences arising from a member’s participation in or reliance upon information regarding investment opportunities. EXP. does not act as a financial advisor, and participation in any opportunity is at the member's sole risk.

EXP.’s total liability for any claim related to the Pilgrim Membership shall not exceed the amount of the most recent Annual Fee paid by the member.

8. Governing Law

These Pilgrim Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. For members contracting through Hong Kong, these terms are subject to applicable local consumer protection laws.
