EXP.LEARNING Exchange Program Cancellation Policy

At EXP.LEARNING, we value our partnerships with travel agencies and are committed to providing clear guidelines for our exchange program. The following cancellation policy outlines the terms for your agency regarding participant enrollment.

1. Cancellation by Partner Agencies

1.1 Confirmation Deadline: Partner agencies must confirm participant enrollment at least 180 days prior to the program start date.

1.2 Refund Policy:

Full Refund: Agencies that cancel their enrollment 90 days or more before the program start date will receive a full refund of the program fees.
50% Refund: Agencies that cancel their enrollment between 30 and 90 days prior to the program start date will receive a 50% refund of the program fees.
No Refund: Agencies that cancel their enrollment less than 30 days before the program start date will not be eligible for a refund.

1.3 No-Show Policy: Agencies that do not attend the program without prior cancellation will forfeit the program fees and will not receive a refund.

2. Cancellation by EXP.LEARNING

2.1 Program Changes: EXP.LEARNING reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for reasons beyond our control, including insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances.

2.2 Refund Policy for Cancellations: In the event that EXP.LEARNING cancels the program:

Partner agencies will receive a full refund of the program fees paid.

EXP.LEARNINGでは、旅行代理店とのパートナーシップを重視し、交換プログラムに関する明確なガイドラインを提供することに努めています。以下のキャンセルポリシーは、参加者の登録に関する貴社の条件を示しています。

1. パートナー代理店によるキャンセル

1.1 確認期限: パートナー代理店は、プログラム開始日の180日前までに参加者の登録を確認する必要があります。

1.2 返金ポリシー:

全額返金: プログラム開始日の90日前以上に登録をキャンセルした代理店には、プログラム料金の全額が返金されます。
50%返金: プログラム開始日の30日から90日前の間に登録をキャンセルした代理店には、プログラム料金の50%が返金されます。
返金なし: プログラム開始日の30日前以内に登録をキャンセルした代理店には、返金はされません。

1.3 ノーショーポリシー: 事前のキャンセルなしにプログラムに参加しなかった代理店は、プログラム料金を失い、返金はされません。

2. EXP.LEARNINGによるキャンセル

2.1 プログラム変更: EXP.LEARNINGは、登録人数不足や予期しない事情など、当社の制御を超える理由でプログラムをキャンセルまたは変更する権利を保留します。

2.2 キャンセルに関する返金ポリシー: EXP.LEARNINGがプログラムをキャンセルした場合、

パートナー代理店は、支払ったプログラム料金の全額が返金されます。
