2.1 To utilize the full functionalities of the System, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
3.1 EXP.OS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the System in accordance with these Terms.
3.2 You agree not to use the System for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to activities that disrupt the normal operation of the System or its underlying infrastructure.
4.1 EXP.OS provides resource allocation tools to assist in the efficient management of resources within the System.
4.2 Users are responsible for the ethical and reasonable utilization of allocated resources and adherence to any usage policies defined by the Provider.
5.1 Users agree to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with industry best practices and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Any unauthorized access, data manipulation, or attempts to compromise the security of the System are strictly prohibited.
6.1 EXP.OS employs industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, users are encouraged to implement additional security measures as necessary for their specific requirements.
6.2 Our Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, and protection of user data within the System. By using the System, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
7.1 EXP.OS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the System, with or without notice, for any user who violates these Terms or engages in activities that may compromise the security or integrity of the System.
8.1 EXP.OS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the System after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the revised Terms.
9.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of [Arbitration Institution] by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with such rules.
