These Terms & Conditions govern the Guest's access and use of accommodation service (hereinafter called "the Service") provided by Space is Ltd. (hereinafter called "SLEEEP.hkg"). SLEEEP is a brand under SLEEEP Technologies Ltd. and SLEEEP.hkg is a licensed hotel operator in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. SLEEEP HKG.Gough shall provide the Service to the Guest on the listed terms and conditions. Reservation of the service made by usage of this website is made on the condition that the Guest accept all the terms and conditions without variation. The terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at SLEEEP.hkg's sole discretion with or without notice or liability to the Guest. It is the Guest's responsibility to check this page prior to the Service. By continuing to use the Services following such amendments to this Terms and Conditions, the Guest agrees to be bound by such amendments.

The site: the site of SLEEEP refers to site of accommodation with the address of 242 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong
The website: official website of SLEEEP: sleeep.io and all associated sub-domains.
The Guest: anyone, over 18 years old, who uses the Service provided by SLEEEP through reservation made and confirmed on this website, social media channels, other online travel agency platforms or direct booking through other means.
When making a reservation of service, the Guest must give particulars including:
Guest can pay the full amount by credit card or paypal, using HKD currency, through our online payment platform (Stripe) at the time of making reservation. SLEEEP does not store any credit card information and all payments are handled via the 3rd party company Stripe.
A deposit equivalent of HKD 500 will be assumed as Guest checks in. This amount will not be processed by SLEEEP unless such event occurs to deem necessary, including but not limited to damage and unauthorized appropriation of property, for SLEEEP to recover its losses. SLEEEP reserves the right to execute this charge onto the credit card used to made for the reservation, or demand the payment directly from the Guest if necessary.
The Guest may choose to register the following particulars electronically before arrival at SLEEEP or upon arrival: Name, age, gender and other particulars deemed necessary by SLEEEP. Local Official ID or passport would be required to be presented for identification upon arrival for the first time.
For overnight stay, please refer to the booking confirmation email for your time of check-in and check-out. Early check-in and late check-out is possible at SLEEEP HKG.Gough's discretion upon request via email.
For hourly stay, guest should be making the minimum hour plan sufficient to cover the full intended period of stay, including use of all facilities within SLEEEP HKG.Gough.
Extension of stay is subject to availability of space at the time of request. All extensions will be charged at the hourly rate of HKD 99, with a maximum extension of 4 hours.
SLEEEP HKG.Gough provides staff support through phone 24 hours a day, and does not guarantee staff to be physically available on site.
Details of reservation can be amended by notifying our eXperience Officer (XO) via email at xo.hkg@sleeep.io. The amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time for overnight stay. Otherwise, such request may not be catered. For hourly stay, due to the short preparation time nature, amendments will be honored on a case by case basis at SLEEEP HKG.Gough's sole discretion.
By making a night booking with us, the Guest accepts and agrees to the following cancellation policy:
a.) 100% refund when canceled 14 days ahead of arrival date.
b.) 50% refund when cancelled 2 -14 days ahead of arrival date.
c.) No refund for no show / cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival.
When a refund is issued, the actual process will be handled by our payment company Stripe, which states that a refund usually takes 5 to 12 working days.
If the Guest, without giving proper notice, fails to arrive at the scheduled arrival time, SLEEEP may treat the reservation as being cancelled by the Guest.
For hourly stay, guest may cancel at any time before the scheduled check-in time.
SLEEEP reserves the right to cancel any reservation/accommodation upon finding that:
SLEEEP is unable to continue to accommodate the guest in question due to disaster, failure of facilities or other unavoidable reason.
Personal belongings of the Guest should be stored in lockers provided. Luggage size is recommended to be within 65 cm x 45 cm x 30 cm (Medium size). The Guest is responsible for the safety of the belongings. The Guest must carefully retain the password for the locker and keep it private. If any luggage or personal belonging were left behind, SLEEEP will store the luggage for 14 days including the day the luggage was found, but thereafter SLEEEP reserves the absolute right and discretion to either continue storing the luggage (luggage storage charges shall continue to apply and the Guest shall be liable for such charges) or to dispose of the luggage or item without any liability to you.
SLEEEP will not be responsible for loss of or damage to the Personal belongings, the contents therein or your personal belongings (including any valuables, even if we have been advised) during storage or during the disposal process however caused and the Guest hereby releases SLEEEP from any liability in respect thereof.
We would love our guests to be among the first to receive the latest information and offers about SLEEEP products and services. When we contact you it may be by email, WhatsApp/text messages or social media messages. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional or marketing communication received from us or by contacting us via email at xo.hkg@sleeep.io with the subject "unsubscribe". Your privacy is important to us and we will only use your personal information for direct marketing/communication purposes in accordance with all applicable laws.

SLEEEP shall compensate the Guest for damage caused to the Guest by SLEEEP in the course of provision of service to the Guest.
To the extent permitted by law, SLEEEP shall not compensate any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, "Force Majeure").
SLEEEP is covered by AIG Insurance HK Ltd (Policy number HK22006203) for its property all risks, liability and consequential loss. For detailed insurance policy, please refer to the website.
The Guest shall compensate SLEEEP for any damage to the premise and property of SLEEEP, caused by act or negligence on the part of the Guest during the stay.
All problems arising from this contract shall be resolved in accordance with the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region at court with jurisdiction in the area in which the SLEEEP is located.

營業時間和停留時間
對於過夜住宿,請參閱預訂確認電子郵件以了解您的入住和退房時間。早到和晚退可以在SLEEEP.hkg.gough酌情通過電子郵件請求。對於按小時計費的客人,應確保制定足夠覆蓋整個預定停留期的最小小時計劃,包括在SLEEEP.hkg.gough內使用的所有設施。停留的延長取決於當時的空間可用性。所有延長將按照每小時99港元的費率收費,最大延長時間為4小時。SLEEEP.hkg.gough通過電話提供24小時的工作人員支持,並不能保證工作人員在現場物理上可用。
住宿的修改和取消

存放物品和行李或客人財物的存儲
客人的個人物品應存放在提供的儲物櫃中。建議行李尺寸在65厘米x 45厘米x 30厘米(中號)之內。客人有責任確保其物品的安全。客人必須小心保管儲物櫃的密碼並保持私密。如果遺留了任何行李或個人物品,SLEEEP將存放該行李14天,包括找到行李的那一天,但此後SLEEEP保留絕對權利和酌情權,可以繼續存放行李(行李存儲費將繼續適用,客人將對此費用負責)或在不對您負責的情況下處置行李或物品。SLEEEP對於在存儲過程中或處置過程中因任何原因而造成的個人物品、其中的內容或您的個人物品(即使我們已經得知)的損失或損壞概不負責,並且客人在此釋放SLEEEP對此的任何責任。

責任
SLEEEP應賠償賓客在提供服務過程中由SLEEEP對賓客造成的損害。在法律允許的範圍內,SLEEEP不應賠償因其無法控制的任何事件而產生的任何責任,包括但不限於恐怖主義行為、天災、洪水、戰爭、罷工、暴動、盜竊、延遲、取消、公民災害、政府法規或行程或時間表的更改(統稱為“不可抗力”)。
SLEEEP的財產、所有風險、責任和間接損失均由AIG Insurance HK Ltd(保單編號HK22006203)提供保障。有關詳細保險政策,請參閱網站。
賓客的責任
在賓客入住期間,賓客應對SLEEEP的場地和財產造成的任何損害負責,該損害是由賓客的行為或疏忽引起的。
司法管轄權
本合同引起的所有問題應根據香港特別行政區法律在SLEEEP所在地區的法院解決。
