本規約は、株式会社スペースイズ（以下「当社」といいます）が提供する「SLEEEP as a Service」（以下「SLEEP.jp.______」といいます）をゲストが利用する際に適用されます。以下「EXP.jp」といいます。 SLEEEPは有限会社スペースイズ、EXP.jpは日本国内で運営されるブランドです。EXP.jpは、ゲストに対し、以下の条件で本サービスを提供します。本サイトの利用によるサービスの予約は、ゲストが本規約のすべてを変更なく承諾することを条件とします。本規約は、EXP.jpの独自の判断により、ゲストへの通知や責任の有無にかかわらず、随時変更されることがあります。ゲストは、本サービスを受ける前に、本ページを確認する責任を負います。ゲストは、本規約の変更後にサービスの利用を継続することにより、当該変更に拘束されることに同意するものとします。
ゲストはまた、以下のことを理解します。
EXP.jpは、各個人に充電用のプライベートな空間を提供していますが、回遊性やトイレの設備は、他の利用者と共有しています。
EXP.jpは、場所の性質上、身体の不自由な方のためのアクセシビリティを提供することはできません。
SLEEEP.jp.______のゲストとなるには、到着時に18歳以上、または6歳以上で、大人の同伴があることが必要です。
SLEEEP.jp.______では、喫煙と大きな音を立てることはできません。食事は指定された場所でのみ可能です。
各SLPerは、常に一人での使用に限ります。
ゲストはご自身の持ち物に責任を持ち、破損や紛失があってもEXP.jpに補償を求めないものとします。
本規約において、以下の定義が適用されます。
ウェブサイト：EXP.の公式サイト：exp.isおよびそのサブドメイン。
ゲスト：このウェブサイト、ソーシャルメディアチャンネル、他のオンライン旅行代理店プラットフォーム、または他の手段による直接予約で予約・確認され、EXP.jpが提供するサービスを利用する18歳以上のすべての人。
サービスの予約と予約の確認
サービスの予約をする場合、ゲストは以下の情報を提供する必要があります。
ゲストの正式名称と有効な連絡先
利用日時、利用時間、利用期間
予定されるチェックインおよびチェックアウトの時間
その他、EXP.jpが必要とする情報
予約が成立した場合、担当者が手動で確認した後、ゲストに確認メールが送信されます。
支払い方法と通貨
ご予約の際に、クレジットカードまたはペイパル（PayPal）で、香港ドルで全額をお支払いください。EXP.jpはクレジットカード情報を一切保存せず、すべての支払いはサードパーティー企業であるStripeを通じて行われます。
チェックイン時に10,000円相当のデポジットをお預かりする場合があります。EXP.jpは、このデポジットを、宿泊者の財産に損害を与え、その損害を回復するために必要と認められる事態が発生しない限り、処理することはありません。また、必要に応じて、予約時に使用されたクレジットカードに請求させていただくか、直接お客様にお支払いをお願いすることがあります。
ゲストは、SLEEP.jp._____に到着する前に、または到着後に、以下の事項を電子的に登録することができます：氏名、年齢、性別、その他EXP.jpが必要と判断する事項。なお、ご到着の際、ご本人確認のため、現地公的身分証明書またはパスポートの提示をお願いしております。
宿泊の場合、チェックイン・チェックアウトの時間は予約確認メールに記載されています。アーリーチェックイン、レイトチェックアウトは、EXP.jpの判断により、メールにてご依頼ください。
時間単位でのご滞在の場合、SLEEEP.jp.______内のすべての施設のご利用を含め、ご滞在予定期間のすべてをカバーするのに十分な最小時間のプランをご作成いただく必要があります。
滞在の延長は、リクエスト時のスペースの空き状況によって異なります。延長は1時間あたり1,000円で、最大4時間までとなります。
EXP.jpは、24時間電話によるスタッフサポートを提供しており、スタッフが現地に物理的に常駐することを保証するものではありません。
予約の詳細は、当社のエクスペリエンス・オフィサー（XO）（xo.jp@exp.is）に電子メールで通知することにより、修正することができます。予約の変更は、宿泊のチェックイン予定時刻の48時間前までにお申し出いただく必要があります。そうでない場合は、ご希望に添えない場合があります。1時間単位の宿泊の場合は、準備期間が短いため、EXP.jpの独自の判断により、ケースバイケースで変更に応じることがあります。
宿泊のご予約をされたお客様は、以下のキャンセルポリシーに同意されたものとみなします。
a.) 到着日の14日前までにキャンセルした場合、100％払い戻し。
b.) 2日前～14日前のキャンセルについては、50％の払い戻し。
c.) c.) 到着予定日の48時間前以降にキャンセルされた場合、返金はありません。
返金が行われる場合、実際の手続きは決済会社のStripeが行い、返金には通常5～12営業日かかるとされています。
宿泊者が適切な通知をすることなく、到着予定時刻に到着しなかった場合、EXP.jpは宿泊者により予約がキャンセルされたものとして扱うことができます。
時間制の宿泊の場合、ゲストはチェックイン予定時刻の前であればいつでもキャンセルすることができます。
次のことが判明した場合、EXP.jpは予約・宿泊を取り消す権利を留保します。
お客様が感染症に罹患していることが判明したとき。
賭博その他の違法な目的をもって利用するなど、公序良俗に反する行為があったとき。
著しく酩酊しているとき。
他のお客様に著しい迷惑をおよぼしたとき。
当施設内のハウスルール（禁煙、飲食、騒音等）をお守りいただけない場合。
SLEEEPの許可なく、その時間帯に予約の確定していない個人を同伴された場合。
災害、設備の故障、その他やむを得ない事由により、当該宿泊者の宿泊を継続することができなくなったとき。
SLEEEPの製品やサービスに関する最新情報や特典をいち早くお客様にお届けしたいと考えています。当社がお客様に連絡する際は、Eメール、WhatsApp/テキストメッセージ、ソーシャルメディアメッセージを使用することがあります。お客様は、当社から受け取ったプロモーションやマーケティングのコミュニケーションにある「購読中止」のリンクをクリックするか、電子メール（xo.jp@exp.is）で「購読中止」の件名で当社に連絡することにより、いつでもコミュニケーションの購読を中止することができます。当社は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重し、お客様の個人情報は、適用されるすべての法律に従って、ダイレクトマーケティングやコミュニケーションの目的でのみ使用します。

EXP.jpは、SLEEEP.jp._____においてゲストにサービスを提供する過程で、EXP.jpがゲストに与えた損害について賠償するものとします。
ただし、テロ、天災、洪水、戦争、ストライキ、暴動、盗難、遅延、キャンセル、内乱、政府の規制、旅程またはスケジュールの変更（以下、総称して「不可抗力」）など、EXP.jpがコントロールできない事態に起因する賠償責任は、法律で認められる範囲において補償しないものとします。
ゲストは、宿泊中にゲストの作為または不作為によって生じたEXP.jpの敷地および財産に対する損害を賠償するものとします。
本契約に起因するすべての問題は、日本国法に基づき、EXP.jpの所在地を管轄する裁判所において解決されるものとします。
These Terms & Conditions govern the Guest's access and use of Space as a Service (hereinafter called "SLEEEP.jp.______") provided by Space is Ltd. JP (hereinafter called "EXP.jp"). SLEEEP is a brand Space is Ltd. and EXP.jp is an operation in Japan. EXP.jp shall provide the Service to the Guest on the listed terms and conditions. Reservation of the service made by usage of this website is made on the condition that the Guest accept all the terms and conditions without variation. The terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at EXP.jp's sole discretion with or without notice or liability to the Guest. It is the Guest's responsibility to check this page prior to the Service. By continuing to use the Services following such amendments to this Terms and Conditions, the Guest agrees to be bound by such amendments.

The website: official website of EXP.: exp.is and any subdomains.
The Guest: anyone, over 18 years old, who uses the Service provided by EXP.jp through reservation made and confirmed on this website, social media channels, other online travel agency platforms or direct booking through other means.
When making a reservation of service, the Guest must give particulars including:
Guest can pay the full amount by credit card or paypal, using HKD currency, through our online payment platform (Stripe) at the time of making reservation. EXP.jp does not store any credit card information and all payments are handled via the 3rd party company Stripe.
A deposit equivalent of JPY 10,000 may be assumed as Guest checks in. This amount will not be processed by EXP.jp unless such event occurs to deem necessary, including but not limited to damage and unauthorised appropriation of property, for EXP.jp to recover its losses. EXP.jp reserves the right to execute this charge onto the credit card used to made for the reservation, or demand the payment directly from the Guest if necessary.
The Guest may choose to register the following particulars electronically before arrival at SLEEEP.jp._____ or upon arrival: Name, age, gender and other particulars deemed necessary by EXP.jp. Local Official ID or passport would be required to be presented for identification upon arrival for the first time.
For overnight stay, please refer to the booking confirmation email for your time of check-in and check-out. Early check-in and late check-out is possible at EXP.jp's discretion upon request via email.
For hourly stay, guest should be making the minimum hour plan sufficient to cover the full intended period of stay, including use of all facilities within SLEEEP.jp.______.
Extension of stay is subject to availability of space at the time of request. All extensions will be charged at the hourly rate of JPY 1,000, with a maximum extension of 4 hours.
EXP.jp provides staff support through phone 24 hours a day, and does not guarantee staff to be physically available on site.
Details of reservation can be amended by notifying our eXperience Officer (XO) via email at xo.jp@exp.is. The amendments must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time for overnight stay. Otherwise, such request may not be catered. For hourly stay, due to the short preparation time nature, amendments will be honoured on a case by case basis at EXP.jp's sole discretion.
By making a night booking with us, the Guest accepts and agrees to the following cancellation policy:
a.) 100% refund when canceled 14 days ahead of arrival date.
b.) 50% refund when cancelled 2 -14 days ahead of arrival date.
c.) No refund for no show / cancellations made less than 48 hours before the arrival.
When a refund is issued, the actual process will be handled by our payment company Stripe, which states that a refund usually takes 5 to 12 working days.
If the Guest, without giving proper notice, fails to arrive at the scheduled arrival time, EXP.jp may treat the reservation as being cancelled by the Guest.
For hourly stay, guest may cancel at any time before the scheduled check-in time.
EXP. reserves the right to cancel any reservation/accommodation upon finding that:
EXP.jp is unable to continue to accommodate the guest in question due to disaster, failure of facilities or other unavoidable reason.
We would love our guests to be among the first to receive the latest information and offers about SLEEEP products and services. When we contact you it may be by email, WhatsApp/text messages or social media messages. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional or marketing communication received from us or by contacting us via email at xo.jp@exp.is with the subject "unsubscribe". Your privacy is important to us and we will only use your personal information for direct marketing/communication purposes in accordance with all applicable laws.

EXP.jp shall compensate the Guest for damage caused to the Guest by EXP.jp in the course of provision of service to the Guest at SLEEEP.jp._____.
To the extent permitted by law, EXP.jp shall not compensate any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, "Force Majeure").
The Guest shall compensate EXP.is for any damage to the premise and property of EXP.jp, caused by act or negligence on the part of the Guest during the stay.
All problems arising from this contract shall be resolved in accordance with the law of Japan at court with jurisdiction in the area in which the EXP.jp is located.
