These Terms & Conditions govern the Guest's access and use of meditation community service (hereinafter called "the Service") provided by EXP. (hereinafter called "EXP."). UnXe is a brand by EXP. EXP shall provide the Service to the Guest on the listed terms and conditions. Reservation of the service made by usage of this website is made on the condition that the Guest accept all the terms and conditions without variation. The terms and conditions may be amended from time to time at EXP's sole discretion with or without notice or liability to the Guest. It is the Guest's responsibility to check this page prior to the Service. By continuing to use the Services following such amendments to this Terms and Conditions, the Guest agrees to be bound by such amendments.

The Guest: anyone who uses the Service provided by EXP through reservation made and confirmed on this website, social media channels, other online platforms or direct booking through other means.
When making a reservation of service, the Guest must give particulars including:
By confirming a reservation for the first time, the User's profile would be created in our database automatically. Any subsequent bookings using the same email address would be recorded under the same user profile. EXP will use these information to optimise communications with the User.
Guest can pay the full amount by credit card, using USD / EUR currency, through our online payment platform (Stripe) at the time of making reservation. EXP does not store any credit card information and all payments are handled via the 3rd party company Stripe.
UnXe is delivered at fixed times as set by EXP. The updated information regarding service hours will be posted on the UnXe facebook group.
Given the pay-as-you-wish nature, UnXe does not provide refund services.
EXP reserves the right to remove any participants from the use of the Service upon finding that:
EXP is unable to continue to provide service to the Guest due to disaster, failure of facilities or other unavoidable reason.
We would love our guests to be among the first to receive the latest information and offers about EXP products and services. When we contact you it may be by email, WhatsApp/text messages or social media messages. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any promotional or marketing communication received from us or by contacting us via email at xo@exp.is with the subject "unsubscribe". Your privacy is important to us and we will only use your personal information for direct marketing/communication purposes in accordance with all applicable laws.
EXP do not sell any of our User's data. Period.
In certain cases where necessary, a jointly operated experience may require that the User information be shared between partners in order to fulfil the experiences.
We may use these data for analysis to enhance the user experience and communication effectiveness of our services.
To the extent permitted by law, EXP shall not compensate any liability arising out of any occurrences beyond its control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, acts of God, flood, war, strikes, riot, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disaster, government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule (collectively, "Force Majeure").
The Guest shall compensate EXP for any damage to the premise and property of EXP, caused by act or negligence on the part of the Guest during the participation.
All problems arising from this contract shall be resolved in accordance with the law of Hong Kong at court with jurisdiction in the area in which the Service is provided.
