EXP._Co-Onsen and EXP._Atelier Cancellation Policy

This document outlines the cancellation policy for all bookings with EXP._Co-Onsen and EXP._Atelier.

Booking fee and Payment

To secure a booking, customers are required to pay a US$2 (or the equivalent amount of differing currency) deposit fee. The full balance of the booking will be charged, as specified during the booking process.

Cancellation Period and Refunds

The refund amount depends on when the cancellation is made relative to the check-in date:

Cancellation Period and Refund Policy

  • More than 7 days before scheduled check-in date (before 15:00 local hotel time)
    • Full room charge returned, minus the booking fee.
  • Within 7 days of scheduled check-in date
    • No refund or compensation will be issued.

EXP.JOURNEYS Member Benefits

EXP.JOURNEYS Members are subject to a modified non-refundable cancellation period:

  • EXPLORERS and PILGRIMS: The non-refundable cancellation period is reduced to 2 days before the check-in date.
  • To cancel their booking within the eligible period, members must contact

    b. +81 70-9367-6399
  • The cancellation will then be processed manually. Equivalent XP will be issued in lieu of fiat currency as a refund. Members are free to use these XP as the terms and conditions state. 

No Cancellation

If a customer does not cancel their booking, the remaining balance of the booking will be charged in full as specified during the booking process.

Refund Payment 

Refunds will be issued within 7 to 14 days of confirmation for valid cancellations. 

Non Refundable Plans 

If you have selected a room plan without the refundable option, you will not be eligible for any refunds regardless of cancellation periods.
