Yes, EXP._Teahouse has a mixed-purpose fitness suite; it can be used for fitness and also for wellness services like massages. The equipment available includes dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance band, jump ropes, resistance bands, and recovery equipment as well as massage beds.
House quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. We request that you maintain a respectful volume in the co-working space throughout the day as a consideration to your peers.
Guests are allowed until the time of the last order at En-counter. Overnight guests are not allowed.

Yes, the entirety of EXP._Teahouse has high speed WiFi
Regardless of how long you stay, the period of time that you make your booking for will be a minimum of 30 days. We do this to encourage the act of slow and deep travel, so that guests can deepen their relationship with Fujinomiya, and its people. We encourage guests to stay for the full 30 days to fully experience Fujinomiya, the surrounding area, and the full programme of activities.
Check in is at 3PM and check out is at 10AM, though there is some flexibility for your arrival. Please correspond with the our team to organise your arrival.
There is limited parking available at EXP._Teahouse, though a portion of this is reserved for guests of En-counter. We also encourage you to use the electric bikes provided to get around within Fujinomiya. Please inquire before your arrival if you require a parking space.
This differs depending on your room type. Some rooms have private bathrooms, whilst others have shared. Please contact us for more information on the room you are interested in and we will endeavour to find the best room type to suit your needs.
All are welcome, EXP._Teahouse is built so that it is comfortable, accessible and welcoming to people of all ages. The first floor of the house has been designed to be senior-friendly.
EXP._Teahouse is a community centred intergenerational co-living space, made with the intention of deepening travel and international relationships in Fujinomiya.
