Job Description: eXperience Officer (XO) – Japan Region
Location: Japan (On-site / Field-based)
Salary: Starting at ¥200-250K JPY / Month
Language Requirement: Bilingual (English + Japanese N2 or equivalent)

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Synchronization: Act as the primary bridge between our Hong Kong headquarters and our Japan-based activities.
- Logistics & Execution: Manage local vendors, coordinate event/project logistics, and ensure that our Japan operations run like clockwork.
- Stakeholder Communication: Handle high-level bilingual communication (N2 level) with Japanese partners, local authorities, and customers.
- Documentation & Reporting: Support the Finance & Admin team by maintaining accurate local records and ensuring compliance with Japan-specific operational requirements.
- Crisis & Pivot Management: In a fast-growing team of 20+, things change quickly. You are the "fixer" who finds solutions when challenges arise on the ground.
