We offer different tiers of membership at EXP.JOURNEYS - Beginner, Explorer and Pilgrim. Sign up to efficiently manage all aspects of your stay, enjoy discounts across our network and gain access to exclusive community events. You can become a member of EXP.JOURNEYS at:
The Communal Kitchen, Ski/snowboard Gear drying racks, Laundry, and Drying Rooms are available for your use free of charge for the duration of your stay.
For Breakfast, we offer breakfast ingredients for you to select and simple prep for consumption at a very reasonable price. This will for sure save time before you hit the slopes!
For Dinners, we offer Community Events where you can sign up for home-cooked meals to be enjoyed with friends and hosts at the end of each day.
Hot baths are available for use on the first and basement floors. The locations of the male's bath and the female's bath are swapped every Friday. Please ensure that you check the symbols on the noren before entering.
Inside each room, you will find amenity bags located in the closet with towels and yutanpo (hot water containers for additional warmth throughout the evening heating).
Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
Slippers should be worn inside the house.
Slippers should not be worn inside tatami rooms and baths.
We adopt a No smoking policy within the entire house. We are a co-living hotel. You are reminded to keep quiet and not disturb other residents during resting hours.
Parking at SLEEEP Myoko is located just opposite the hotel. There are 5 bookable parking spaces, each at a fee of 1,100 JPY/night until check-out. To avoid disappointment, please make sure to reserve one of these spaces, ahead of time, at

Why can't my QR code open the door?

Please note that our QR code can only be activated approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled check-in time. If you arrive earlier, the QR code will not be valid.

Can I store my luggage for a while after I check out?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at our store for up to 12 hours after check-out.
