For many years, Nadine had witnessed the challenges faced by seniors residing in retirement homes in Hong Kong, having served on philanthropic foundations and impact organisations with a focus on improving elder services and healthcare access. However, it was the deteriorating mobility and cognitive conditions of her own grandparents that truly ignited a fire within her.
