Eleven years ago, we launched our first brand: SLEEEP, exploring personal wellness through the precision of detail: how light falls in a room, how silence wraps around the mind, how a night’s rest can feel like an act of care. We witnessed how 'sleep' evolved from being 'marginalized' to a 'global trend'. We were fortunate to be part of this paradigm shift in personal wellness.

Over time, we saw the walls of our rooms mirrored in the walls of our culture—territorial, consumerist, fragmented. And we understood something essential: the scale of the problems we face in our generation - climate change and the risk of nuclear war - requires nothing less than a profound cultural paradigm shift. There, EXP. was born.

We grew from designing for the individual, to building for the collective. From personal wellness to communal awakening. Yet, our original discipline remains—each move as deliberate as brushstrokes in an artwork, each project part of an ecosystem that nourishes without force.

A New Logo for a New Orbit

Our new logo system is distilled to the fundamental grid of our identity: The 12-line-grid.
Twelve as the meeting point of the Julian calendar and the wisdom from the Book of Changes. Twelve as the intersection of the dialectic twos, the harmonious threes, and the resilience of fours.

We redrew our mark with thinner lines—less dominant, more supportive. Like a thin layer of water, it nourishes the land without violence. At its tip is the dot—a universal constant, spanning scales from thought to cosmos. This is not a logo that shouts; it’s one that holds space.

Our Living Proof

Today, our team come together from Hong Kong, Japan, the US, India, France, Nepal, and the UK—spanning industries, time zones, and cultures. This diversity is not incidental. It’s EXP. at play.

We’ve strived to align each teammate’s personal passions with our work—knowing that when one person’s dream unfolds, the collective strengthens. Many of our former teammates have gone on to become entrepreneurs in fields from mental health to marketing to art to hospitality. Their journeys are living proof that empowering interdependence is not just our work—it’s our way.
