HOPE (Hands-On Practical Entrepreneurship) is EXP.LEARNING’s annual program training Pioneers in real-world skills across hospitality, design, and technology.
Through HOPE, participants gain the tools and mindset to act like entrepreneurs from day one — preparing them to step onto the XO Pathway (XOP) and become future eXperience Officers
Program details: Participants of the 5 week long program will take part in various operational roles throughout the ski resort hotel, SLEEEP Myoko, in Myoko, Niigata, Japan.
Tuition and Scholarship: The program fee is HKD 9,000. Participants who successfully complete the 5 week program will receive a scholarship of HKD 3,000.
Travel and Completion Bonus: Upon successful completion of the 5 week program, participants will receive a total scholarship of HKD 3,000. This includes a HKD 2,000 subsidy for round-trip flights and a HKD 1,000 learning scholarship for completing the 5 weeks.
Top Performer Award: The most outstanding participant of the program will receive an additional HKD 1,000 scholarship.
