We provide a structured curriculum on the science of sleep, mindfulness, self-regulation and habit formation.
This comes in the shape of workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group discussion. We will implement sleep tracking tools to make sure that the participants progress is measurable, and request that the participants also take note of how they feel and perform.
Studies have shown that 60% of young adults exhibit moderate to severe sleep deprivation on the Epworth Sleepiness scale, hence the necessity for this program.
