The XOP is a program that is crafted to help you build skills that will help you face future life and career challenges, as well as all around skills for entrepreneurship.
XOP is more than simply a training course, but a residential learning experience, a learn-by-doing journey that equips you for real life challenges and situations, hands-on work and learning how to adapt, grow and think in an unfamiliar environment.
From operational excellence, business management and planning, Japanese language learning to learning how to snowboard or ski - XOP is your opportunity to take a step towards doing something you're truly passionate about.
Program details: Participants of the 5 week long program will take part in various operational roles throughout the ski resort hotel, SLEEEP Myoko, in Myoko, Niigata, Japan.
Tuition and Scholarship: The program fee is HKD 9,000. Participants who successfully complete the 5 week program will receive a scholarship of HKD 3,000.
Travel and Completion Bonus: Upon successful completion of the 5 week program, participants will receive a total scholarship of HKD 3,000. This includes a HKD 2,000 subsidy for round-trip flights and a HKD 1,000 learning scholarship for completing the 5 weeks.
Top Performer Award: The most outstanding participant of the program will receive an additional HKD 1,000 scholarship.
