• What is a Resource in Core?

  A Resource in CORE is defined as 'anything that has value' in a very flexible way. For example, a space is a resource, a person's expertise is a resource, a vehicle is a resource,  equipment could be a resource... By doing that, OS Core allows you to be very creative in delivering value to potential users, and creating unique plans to monetize these valuable resources.

• What's the learning curve?

  In a focused work session, it takes a few hours to set-up CORE, a day or two to get used to the flow. Normally, you'll be up and running smoothly in a week. Our video tutorials will help you achieve this on your own.

• How much time will I save?

  With CORE, your customer will fill-out all necessary information prior to arrival. They will already have completed the payment, while you can decide whether to charge them upon confirmation, check-in, or check-out with the 'User Journey' configuration.

• How does the pricing of Core work?

  CORE is charged by 'Node', each Node is a container of resources. For example, if a person runs a Yoga Studio and also a Vacation Rental, since they are at different locations and have different 'brands', they should be registered as two nodes, managed by the same User Account. A User Account does not cost you anything, while Nodes are charged depending on the Node's tier. So let's say the Vacation Rental is a Pro node, and the Yoga Studio is a Enterprise node, the monthly price would be Enterprise Tier x 1 + Pro Tier x 1.

• システムの習熟にどれくらいかかりますか？

• COREで、どれくらい効率化が図れますか？

  COREを利用することで、顧客は到着前に必要なすべての情報の入力を完了させることができます。また、「カスタマージャーニー」設定により、予約確認、チェックイン、チェックアウトのどのタイミングで代金を請求すかやオンライン決済するかを決定できます。

• COREの価格設定はどのようになっていますか？

  COREは「ノード」ごとに課金され、各ノードはリソースのコンテナです。例えば、ヨガスタジオとバケーションレンタルを運営している場合、それぞれ異なる場所にあり、異なる「ブランド」を持っているため、同じユーザーアカウントで管理される2つのノードとして登録する必要があります。ユーザーアカウントには費用はかかりませんが、ノードにはノードのティアに応じて費用がかかります。例えば、バケーションレンタルが Pro ノードで、ヨガスタジオが Enterprise ノードだとすると、月額料金は Enterprise ティア x 1 + Pro ティア x 1となります。
