We believe that connecting with people is one of root purposes for humanity - and often this is done through events. These are used as platforms for creativity, hubs for sharing of knowledge and nexus points of community.
There are several ways in which events can be executed with CORE, all of them slightly different, and as ever, CORE remains flexible to accommodate the exact way in which you want to make it work.
CORE for Music
EXP.music
EXP.music is a live series curated by jazz bassist and composer Justin Siu, who brings together musicians from Hong Kong, Japan, and beyond. His curatorial role sets the artistic direction, assembling line-ups and building collaborations that turn Studio Indigo Live into a stage for cultural exchange.
Together with Justin, we use CORE to handle the practical side of the series. Ticket sales, confirmations, and promotion are run through the system, ensuring smooth operations. With CORE’s shared resource feature, Justin can also log in directly to monitor ticket sales and track event performance in real time. This creates a single, transparent view of the series, where artistic and operational decisions are made side by side.
For audiences, the series is an invitation to experience new sounds and cultural connections, from Afro-pop to multilingual jazz. For artists, it provides exposure to new communities and opportunities to collaborate. And for us, it demonstrates how CORE can extend beyond hospitality — sustaining creative programmes through streamlined operations, shared oversight, and collaborative growth.

CORE for Conferences
Edge City Lanna
Edge City Lanna was a month-long experimental village in Chiang Mai that brought together hundreds of people for residencies, workshops, and performances. Unlike hotels or concerts, this was a constantly shifting programme where participants lived, worked, and created together. CORE was used to structure the flow; managing registrations, confirmations, and access across residents, visitors, and ticketed sessions.
By placing all of this inside one system, CORE made it possible to run a pop-up city with the same clarity as a permanent business. The platform handled the complexity of overlapping formats: long-stay residencies, short-term passes, and one-off events, without fragmenting tools and data that often hapopens with long cformat conferences.
For participants, this translated into a seamless experience, with confirmations and updates guiding them through an evolving calendar. For the organisers, it meant being free to focus on the cultural and experimental energy that defined Edge City Lanna. The case showed how CORE could adapt far beyond hospitality, supporting an entirely new model of collective living and programming.
