A new town urban design / planning proposal for Hong Kong to house 100K population on a land of 100 hectare, made in 2017. The brief asked for site-selection, zoning, economic activities and standard housing units. Our proposal won the first-prize and the most popular entry award. Some of the ideas, namely intergeneration coliving and ecotourism are slowly becoming mainstream concepts.
