THE EXPERIENCE OFFICER IS THE CORE AND THE FACE OF OUR BORDERLESS NETWORK.
XO.JP
The eXperience Officer is the beating heart of our concepts—across SLEEEP, FUUUN, PLAAAY, EXP._Bases, and beyond. You will partner closely with our current eXperience Officers and gradually take the lead in managing the entire guest journey and daily operations across a range of dynamic environments, such as:
Guest Journey - Greet and assist guests from arrival to departure, on‑site or by video.• Offer personalized touches—local coffee tastings, sunrise hiking tips, or workspace suggestions.
Operations & Quality - Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and stock levels.• Use our in‑house software to monitor capsule status and safety systems.• Record issues, propose improvements, and test new service ideas.
Community & Storytelling - Organize small gatherings such as Mount Fuji briefings or craft workshops. Share guest stories and property updates in both Japanese and English.
Teamwork & Reporting - Coordinate smoothly with the senior officer and the Japanese management team. Track and report key performance indicators—guest satisfaction, occupancy, and revenue per capsule—each week.
Safety & Local Logistics - Adhere to all fire‑safety, hygiene, and accommodation regulations. Hold an ordinary driving licence to handle supply runs or guest transfers when required.
