Progression

eXperience Officers is the role we all start with, it is our origin, but we may – and we should – all end in different frontiers of this organization.

We are all born different, with different talents, interests, up-bringing and dreams. We hope that with our XO progression paths, we could help those who identify with these paths to find their own growth path.

In this section we will cover the 4 main directions of which an X.O. may pursue. Please note that none of these paths are meant to be exclusive of another. One could pursue one or more tracks, be a hybrid, or be a generalist. As long as you find that your expression of your ability is matching with the needs of the team, you will become a valued team member.
